Write Up: Turning check registers and credit card statements into management reports. Generally charged by the hour at $75/hr.

Sales Tax: Preparation of monthly/quarterly sales tax reports from sales invoices, receipts or deposits. Florida, generally $25 - $50.

Tax Preparation: Gathering information to complete tax forms. Generally charged by the form between $35 and $135/form.

Consultation: Answering questions with or without research materials. Generally charged by the hour at $100/hr (First 15 min: FREE).

Payroll Service: Call in employees’ time, paychecks are delivered. Generally charged by the check at $2.50/check.

Payroll Accounting: Turning payroll records into payroll tax reports. Generally charged by the employee at $10/month for Federal 941 (State payroll reports vary, example: Florida $2/month).

Bank Reconciliation: Adjusting check register balance and bank statement balance to match. Generally charged by the transaction, can range from $15 to $100 per month.

Correspondence: Writing and/or answering letters, typing, etc. Generally charged by the hour at $65/hr

Package Deals: Combination of any or all of the above services at a monthly rate. Includes free pick-up and delivery within our service area, or free return postage.

[Example: small business, incorporated, 4 employees, sales tax, approximately 70 transactions per month (8 or 10 deposits, 50-60 checks) - $225/month would include payroll accounting, sales tax, bank rec and management reports. Tax returns for a small corporation run about $500/year. Payroll checks for 4 employees, bi-monthly, would be an extra $20/month].

Small Homeowners Associations Package: Includes typing annual meeting minutes, preparation of Form 1120-H, and Florida DR601C (Intangible Tax) Starts at $150/yr.

Investment Clubs: Preparation of Form 1065, US Partnership Return, from $300.
